Our homemade candles are completely vegan and made with 100% virgin coconut soy wax. It is our priority to use eco-friendly packaging whenever we can and to ensure our products are at a minimum, recyclable and sustainable. ‘The Mirror’ candle is associated with the Root Chakra, Muladhara. This candle is for those looking to cultivate stability, comfort, grounding, returning back to their core foundation and true essence.

Sustainable.
All of our shipping boxes are made from corrugated cardboard with minimal printing - they are easily recyclable. The paper tape we use to seal our boxes is also 100% recyclable and compostable. In addition to this, we do NOT use bubble wrap. All of our products are padded and shipped with compostable kraft paper or eco-wrap. Our candle vessels are made of glass which are readily recyclable and can easily be repurposed. We pair our candle vessels with a natural cork lid which is biodegradable, eco-friendly and sourced sustainably. They are obtained by only stripping the bark of the cork tree. The trees remain unharmed and continue to live and grow plentifully.

Cruelty-free.
We do not and will not use any products that participate in the harming of animals. All of our products are cruelty-free, always.

Vegan.
Vegan products contain no animal products or animal-derived ingredients.

Non-toxic.
The wax and fragrances used to make each candle DO NOT contain harmful ingredients such carcinogens, mutagens, or reproductive, organ, or acute toxins.

Sizing

Each candle is 12oz with a burn time of approximately 50 hours.

Candle Safety

Always burn candles within sight and away from drafts and things that can catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Trim the wick to 3/16” (5mm) before lighting every time. Keep the wax pool free from debris. Do not burn longer than 4 hours. Stop burning when 1/2” of unmelted wax remains. When lighting your candle for the first time, burn until the wax melts across the entire surface to prevent tunneling. Allowing the crystals to burn along with your candle does not damage or harm your crystals in any way. When your candle is done, carefully remove the crystals with tweezers or a small spoon. You can then rinse your crystals off in warm, soapy water to remove the wax. Please be mindful that your crystals will be hot after candle burning. Please handle with care.

Variation

The crystals we have sourced are genuine, meaning your candle will be just as unique as each stone. Please be mindful that not every candle will look exactly the same and will have slight variations in both color and texture.

• Return Policy
• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• To start a return, you can contact us at info@dualitydesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Damages and Issues
• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
• Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
• We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom products, sale items, or gift cards.
• Exchanges
• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
• Refunds
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
